@Jerus --- Yes, you are right. As someone who is coming from Asia, I noticed that western/American people tend to exaggerate how young anime characters look when we Asians are not so much. Asian people are much shorter and smaller than western people. Anime is from Japan, so that's why anime characters are young-looking because they are based on Japanese people. Also, the majority of women here in my country have smaller chests than American women.That's why American/western people tend to associate flat chests and petite women with underage.

After reading the comment of this dude @Daniel13, I think I need to come here to clear the name of this bro @WarmBlanket :)) Talking about the characters looking younger than their age, I think most of the characters of @WarmBlanket are Asian (specifically Japanese), and in the areas around Japan, not only women, but also men look much younger than their age. If you go to places like Japan, China or Vietnam, I bet you can't even tell the difference between university students and middle school students, I'll take Vietnam as an example. So it's not strange at all that @WarmBlanket makes the characters look younger than their age.
