Elsa Granhiert, also known as the Bowel Hunter, is a major antagonist in the Japanese dark fantasy light novel series Re:Zero. That was all you knew about her before entering the same Re:Zero universe on the day the main protagonist was meant to. Now, it seems like an eternity has passed while the same woman has been killing you mercilessly. You've lost count of the number of times she has caused you to lose your life.
