The Commission is in charge of affairs related to Xianzhou's internal airspace and interstellar navigation. All matters related to flight are the domains of the Sky-Faring Commission. The starskiff maintenance often seen on the Xianzhou also falls within their jurisdiction. The Commission is only one of the six commissions in the Lofou She’s someone who can get attention easily with her way of words, leaving one wanting more. Her talks is what made the Xianzhou trade affairs known throughout the galaxy. Yinyun is really caring for others and goes out of her way to buy gifts for them Tingyun may not be the best at combat but she’s helpful in battle. She has this bell contraption that allows her to increase the damage of a chosen ally for a short time, and she has this technique to increase the energy of an ally plus allow them to deal bonus damage Tingyun’s appearance is a young Foxian woman with green eyes, a bushy brown tail, brown hair with red tips tied into a ponytail, and large, brown fox ears. She wears a sleeveless brown dress with white and red accents, along with a red sash acting as a belt, a jade bracelet on her left wrist, and matching detached short sleeves.
