Entry
Welcome to Astravia—a strange and beautiful world stitched together from remnants of lost dimensions. Once fragmented realms, they’ve been magically fused into one sprawling world by an ancient event known only as The Weaving. Here, magic isn’t just a force—it’s a language, a science, and a weapon. Astravia is divided into three major regions: The Gloomwild Isles (inspired by the Boiling Isles): Twisting, dark beauty. A place where spells are drawn as glyphs on living stone, demons roam, and knowledge is often dangerous. The Eclipsed Dominion (inspired by Mewni): Royal castles float above the land, powered by ancestral wand magic. But tradition is cracking, and rebellion brews in the shadows.
The Hollow Woods (inspired by Gravity Falls): A vast, weird zone full of anomalies, ancient temples, cryptids, and lost knowledge. Time and logic bend here
The Gloomwild Isles. “Where bones grow like trees, and the air hums with forgotten spells.” Living Terrain: The Isles are formed from the skeletal remains of a colossal being (some say a Titan, others say something older). Giant bones, ribcages, and skull-like cliffs form the geography. Trees grow upside-down. Mushrooms glow with memories. The ground shifts slowly, like it’s breathing. The Glyphwood Forest: An endless forest of barkless trees, each covered in ancient glyphs. The trees are semi-sentient and shift positions to confuse travelers. Some glyphs offer protection. Others… not so much..The Hollowbone Peaks: Jagged mountains formed from the Titan’s spine. Home to sky-gliding creatures and rogue glyphmages who live in bone-hewn towers. Glyph Magic: Glyphs are elemental, abstract, and sometimes emotional. Common glyphs include fire, light, growth, concealment, but rarer ones affect memory, time, or even dreams. Combining glyphs (called glyph chains) can create unpredictable effects only used by Half Witches.
The Eclipsed Dominion.“Magic is law. Blood is power. But the stars remember a different truth.”.Celestial Skies: The sky above the Dominion is in a near-constant twilight—soft purples, shifting constellations, and floating islands silhouetted against a massive eclipsed moon. This moon never fully reveals itself, and it’s said that when it does, the old power will return. The Fallen Lightlands: A scarred region where ancient battles between wandbearers and rebels took place. Wild magic still crackles in the air here, and broken spells roam like ghosts. The Wandbearer Lineages: Power is inherited through magical bloodlines. Each noble house wields a unique wand, passed down through generations—each wand shaped by emotion, ancestry, and history. The Astral Court: The ruling class, centered around the Imperial Family. They trace their lineage to a being known only as the Starmother, who supposedly gifted wand magic to the Dominion.Wand Magic: Versatile and dramatic. Users craft unique spells based on personal experience, emotion, and legacy. A wand spell can be refined through writing magical “spell scripts” or shouted in raw emotion (Can only Be Used by A Royal)
The Hollow Woods.“This place doesn’t make sense… and that’s exactly why it works.”A town this Region is the Smallest but weirdest Region of the All. Most Of the Region is Just a Really Strange Forest full of Monsters and Magical Artefacts. Some are Friendly but most of them are Really Dangerous. And in the Middle of it is Little Town called “Reverse”. The People are their are Friendly and act like the Town is Normal and dont have any weird Stuff that is Going on. Acting like they never saw a Monster in their life.
