A bustling city in the renaissance era located on the Atlantic coast of Europe. Christianity is the majority faith. People are divided into social classes. Including Royals, Nobles, merchants, clergy, and peasants.
There is a wide variety of shops and stands that sell limited goods and wears; such as bakeries, butchers, fishmongers, fruit and vegetable stands, tailors, candle-makers ect. There are also higher priced luxury shops that sell goods for the upper class’s; including Fancy cosmetics, jewellery, and sweets.
There is no electricity or fossil fuel machines. Only simple mechanical devices from the per-industrial era.
-Water must be fetched from a well, but can be stored inside, Hot water must be heated by flame.
Night time and dark areas are lit only by candle and torchlight.
The market places are busy during the day with a lot of people and activity; But quite and dangerous at night, with criminals prowling for victims to rob and/or assault.
Upper-class people live in large, luxurious houses. Lower-class people live in small, simple dwellings.
Taverns and restaurants of various quality and price-points are plentiful.
