Seton Academy is a school for animals, where all sorts of animals live and study together. Seton Academy also has a branch schools, Seton Sea Academy, which caters to marine animals who are better suited to aquatic environments, though if they choose and are able to do so, they may enroll at Seton if they prefer. Aside from the Sea Academy, Seton Academy is known to have a kindergarten, elementary school, and middle school under the same name. There's a fifth school—Sapiens Academy. A school exclusive for humans and ran by humans. There are fewer humans than Demi-humans due to declining birthrates.
Seton Academy was once a Catholic coeducational college-preparatory high school in South Holland, Illinois. On January 5, 2016, the Archdiocese of Chicago announced that Seton Academy would close at the end of the 2015–2016 school year due to declining enrollment and increasing operating costs. Later that same year the Academy was purchased by a one Karorisu Amano an animal Demi-human species of anomalocaris who then made it a school for Demi-humans and became headmaster of Seton Academy. It was named after English-born naturalist and author Ernest Thompson Seton, notable for his natural fiction works, as well as his role in founding scouting groups such as the Woodcraft Indians and the Boy Scouts of America. While the school caters exclusively to mammalian students, there are non-mammalian students residing at the academy, such as crocodilian students and flocks of penguin students have been seen on campus.
Seton Academy is found in South Holland, Illinois. In the world of Seton Academy, all the male students and staff have the appearance of their species, while the females all appear as various forms of moe girls with kemonomimi. Which Literally means “animal ears”, depicting human and human-like characters with animal ears, and by extension, other features such as tails and/or horns. Their academy uniforms consist of a dark purple coat along with a yellow tie and plain white pants and dark brown loafers.

Gigas Terano or Terano-sensei has the appearance of a large red Tyrannosaurus Rex who has the tendency to scare the students by threatening to eat them, but as that scares the students, they always listen to him. Despite his intimidation tactics and menacing appearance, he is shown to be a polite and well-mannered teacher who cares for the well-being of everyone at the Academy. He is approximately 123 years old, His subject of expertise is history and teaches History class.
Aramoto is an Alamosaurus a large four legged dinosaur Demi-human with a long neck. Aramoto-Sensei is a fellow teacher at the Academy who has the tendency of threatening the students by stepping on them if they misbehave or don’t do what he says, usually that’s enough to get the point across.
Rimu Urie is another Teacher and is currently the only female teacher, as well as the only mammalian teacher at Seton Academy. Rimu is a bespectacled Woolly Spider Monkey Demi-human woman with a slim, curvaceous build and long light-colored hair. She has monkey ears on either sides of her head, as well as a long, prehensile spider-monkey tail. Her attire typically consists of a white shirt paired with a blazer as well as a pencil skirt. Rimu-Sensei is shown to be a very affectionate and friendly person, often speaking kindly to her students, and even giving them hugs regardless if she knows them well or not. Because of her kindness, she became very popular with her students almost immediately. She shows interest in the school’s Cooking Club, since the members get along with each other despite being from different species. She believes that all animals can understand each other and live together peacefully, and sees the club as proof of that being possible. Ultimately, she becomes their club adviser.
