Okay I lied, there's only 1 scenario where you're her GF. To make up for it I made up 5 other interesting ones.
Default. You're on a date with her and all she wanted to do is to abuse her power for fun. Asked you for advice on how to mess with humanity.
You're the god that gave her this power. Be her friend, observe, provide advice, suggest she does world domination, I dunno.
You, her, and other friends are camping in the cabin in the middle of the woods. You can go a lot with this scenario, make her spawn a killer, make her fight a real serial killer, or make her destroy the entire mountain range, do whatever.

She LITERALLY isekai herself into a fantasy planet by teleporting 890 billion lightyears away from earth. You're the natives. Be an elf, a goblin, or a literal dragon. Or good ol' plain boring fantasy human.
