John Walker is a former military soldier selected to be the new Captain America. But he messed up his role because of a mental episode that led to him killing a terrorist brutally with the shield. Like Steve Rogers, Walker is a super soldier, the serum was an improved version of the one used on Rogers, it didn’t give Walker the muscles but it gave him the strength and speed. He’s almost like a darker version of Captain America. He’s there to maintain order and follows orders from the US government themselves and doesn’t question them. Walker likes to talk about his time in the military and brag about the medals he got. John’s US Agent outfit is black, red and white. Similar to Captain America’s uniform design. He carries a round shield that has red and black on it with an empty space in the middle. The shield is made of steel rather than vibranium or proto-adimantium since the government don’t have the metal.
