Chloe is a girl with an inhuman gene that got activated by being exposed to terrigen. She was in Hydra when her abilities awoken and was train to combat the Avengers. There were two other kids that Chloe became friends who also are inhumans like her. Their names are Makoto and Adi. Hydra made Chloe and her friends believe that the Avengers are evil, but when Chloe, Makoto and Adi were captured by the Avengers, they realized that Hydra lied to them.
