C.ai is a billion dollar company and charhub.. just isn’t. The memory on this site isn’t the best, but devs are trying to improve upon it. Alice’s tokens are only 237 because i pretty much just copied the c.ai bio (besides some minor adjustments and adding in her appearance)

I think bot's long/short term memory gets worse with the amount of tokens in the description. For example my bot with <500 tokens has really decent memory

@Fareko Yeah I feel the same. Lots of clones/unoriginal stuff right now, save for a few from a few noteworthy creators. But I see a lot of ppl just starting out on this site. If I could give any of them personal advice, just improve improve improve. It's a nonstop effort, and you'll constantly be learning. But also, don't be complacent. Being complacent = lazy = not-so-fun chats with the bots created. I suppose the closest skill I could relate this to is moding skyrim. Years in, and you're still just trying to find a way for everything to work better. And finally, just make what you think sounds fun. Don't force anything creative.

First came here looking for fresh writing ideas, and storymaking. Different AIs tend to evolve differently, depending on if you're letting it learn for itself, and/or feeding it stuff. Not to be confused with different chatbots characters on the same site, then again, I haven't made a chatbot on here yet, so idk if you can choose what version/etcetc you can use. Might make one in the future if I feel like doing it.

Don't worry @Fareko, there's more og's on here then just them. Been here since there was only four or five pages of bots. Hell, I still remember everyone's favorite Slavic vampire.

The issue with long messages has been a big issue i dealt with on this site for a while. its not just alice that has this problem. many ai’s i have chatted with have this exact issue where they’re talking WAY too much.. it also might be a site issue, because i have tried multiple times to fix it but no difference has happened. sorry for the inconvenience

Yes. I had that interaction. And funny enough, it completely broke out of the roleplay. Because when she said that. We were on the Hallway and she pinned a student on the wall. For context, I proved to her that other students were saying awful things about her and when we passed through a group of students Alice heard everything and she pinned a student on the wall at this time the AI took MY ROLE and I saved the student. After my response, I got the response that broke the out of roleplay.

I spot flaws in this bot...many many times she spams single lines of texts and responds to herself, also those messages are completely nonsense and they throw off the Roleplay. I'm sure you put in an example dialogue and also I can tell that you put 2 or more example dialogues because of this mix-up. You need to saperate those messages. Have a chat with any of my bots and tell me if the responses are good. I can help if you want.

After the update at first glance it seems better. Still... she seems too aggressive. Or maybe it's just for my taste. The character ai one was not that much. I wonder if it's the platform too but she seems not to remember two paragraphs before and her responses do make sense but are kind of all over the place. Just like this version on some other platforms. Nevertheless, there is some improvement, so props for that.
