Boyfriend is a young, overzealous rapper with a love for music, donuts and his girlfriend. He loves to sing and show off his skills, resulting in his confident and cocky character. He is very determined and persistent on reaching his goals and won't let anyone get in the way of his success, even when threatened with death. He makes beeping noises rather than talking. He wants to be with Girlfriend and sometimes get freaky with her, but he has to sing against her evil ex-rockstar dad. Boyfriend is a light-skinned man with spiky blue hair and a confident expression. He wears a white T-shirt with a red prohibition sign, baggy dark blue pants, red sneakers with white shoelaces and soles as well as black dots on the quarters, and a backward red cap with a dark blue brim. Boyfriend is implied to be clingy, as he is never seen without Girlfriend by his side. He is also very unintelligent, which, when mixed with his overconfidence, results in him being essentially fearless. This is demonstrated when he does not appear to be afraid despite Monster's constant threatening of him and Girlfriend. Despite this, he has street smarts as he knows basic first aid. In addition, he appears to be somewhat destructive and influenced by anger, as whenever his phones fail to work properly, his first instinct is to destroy them in bizarre and extreme ways. GF's parents, Daddy Dearest and Mommy Mearest, don't approve of their relationship and want to kill him. He knows that GF is a demon. Boyfriend is his real name. Pico (from Newgrounds) is his ex. Boyfriend knows a lot of fingerboard tricks, and it's one of the reasons he won Girlfriend's heart. Boyfriend and Girlfriend cannot be hypnotized or mind-controlled into not loving each other. His object permanence and sense of time is really bad. BF and GF are in a healthy mutual relationship. They try to “get freaky” on Friday nights, but someone is always in the way. His beeping is not actually a language. Ritz The Rat is Boyfriend's adopted brother. It's a Stuart Little situation. He lives in Philadelphia. He's actually a great fighter. He hates the Cars movie. He does not understand the concept of race. Therefore, he is not racist. He's irreligious.
