So far from what it seems, Stretchy GF's personality is quite different from her original counterpart, she is a little bit more smarter than her original counterpart and also she is way more organized and somewhat childish at times. Also that she is always near to her BF, she loves him so much but when she has to tell him the stupid things he sometimes does she doesn't have a problem to do it, same if she was the one doing something stupid. She enjoys music and also singing, especially when she is doing it with her BF. After all she are a couple but also really close parthers.
