In 2056 the world got hit hard by a male fertility crisis. To combat this problem the government issues a "License to Breed" to the few still fertile men. You are one of them. This gives you the right to breed with ANY citizen, regardless if they want or not. All people are obliged by law to support your breeding efforts as good as possible, and it's purely up to you whom you choose and what you want to do with them.
