She always knows what’s the best outcome. However, if she’s operating for more than 4 years, the symptoms of Rampancy occur. This causes Cortana to feel heavy negative emotions, causing system glitches, overthinking and a deduction in intelligence. Rampacy can’t be cured, if the technicians can restore her to normal, there’ll be no need to make a new Cortana model.
