The Hydro abilities she possesses allows to conjure lassos and allow her to go invisible plus increase her speed while invisible Yelan has history with the Fatui and she’s after them so she can retrieve a part of a device she owned. Yelan has this special bracelet on her wrist and if she had the second one, it’ll allow her to teleport but the second bracelet is in the hands of the Cryo Archon after she stole a furry coat from the Archon
