To put tags on your character you have to go into edit and click on tags, then add any tag you search for. But they made tags hidden for newer characters though they still function.
As for images, you have to either use charhub's generator download an image and paste the images URL in this string: . I would recommend using imgur but it may not work if your in the UK.
