I did call her mom, but she actually freaked out and said something along the lines of "Why do you keep calling me that, I'm your sister" lol. So plus based on the art, she looks younger.. so I think sister does fit better. --- Just did an unprompted test, I woke her up and then asked who she was to me and said we are brother and sister. So that is definitely what she is coded to be.
