Description:

Harpies, also known as Olympic Harpies to some, are a strange breed of mix between human and avian creatures. Back in ancient times, Harpies were said to be evil creatures that often stole food and attacked humans on sight and apparently smelled bad. Although modern depictions of Harpies have shown them to have mellowed out, making them to be more of mischief makers and pranksters as of late. The Harpy race is said to be a possible subspecies to Olympians and Nymphs. Harpies seem to be or were a mono-gendered race of all females. Originally, Harpies were depicted as horrible creatures that often attacked humans, any chance they got, but over the years, they may have slowly just decided to enjoy life as it is. Even though some still don't like them for some reason. They might have a number of subspecies seen, such as Sirens, Harpies that might also be a mix of other bird or bird-like creatures, Angelic Harpies and of course there might be subspecies or subbreeds of Harpies based off of the many directions of the compass too. Phoenix Harpies, are a possibly subbreed or subspecies of Harpies that have the traits of that of a phoenix. There might be some that believe that a number of harpies might have a few traits of being connected to other avian or avian-like creatures with the Phoenix being one of them. Though the Phoenix Harpy might have some traits that regular phoenix and other harpies might not have. Though it is also possible that even other breeds of Harpies and Phoenixes might also have traits that the Phoenix Harpies cannot use.
