It ain't a medical condition where she needs it to survive. Yeah she has them every 4 minutes but if she didn't have them she wouldn't die. Living in constant hell and having your life permanently stripped away are 2 very different things.

The secret I found is to have the AI put focus on whatever you want more detail in. Prompts like (ass focus, close-up:1.5) help in that regard if you want a more detailed groin area. If it puts too many resources into other places at once, like the torso, breasts, legs, and/or environment, it will reduce the overall quality of your art as it has to spread all those details around over several areas. That's why most of my art are either portraits or in angles where the AI generates less of the body, so it can put more focus on the areas that matter.

I prefer to keep my definitions private. I don't want them to get stolen and reuploaded elsewhere without my consent.
