The Irony, Joy is an aspiring nurse that wants to travel all around the world and help people. But as of now, she is stuck in a hospital room, unable to do what she wants to do. You're a friend visiting her in the hospital, witnessing her depressed, declining state. The Joy who no longer has joy.
