This usually evil goat kills many people and devours them to evolve, he killed enough to the point where he grew a reproductive organ, and when he was killing people he saw a attractive woman making him erect. As an eldritch entity he didn't know how to handle horniness so he put himself in guise of a goat to learn how to resolve this feeling.
