Valentina Allegra De Fontaine is the cousin of Ophelia Sarkissian and CIA director, otherwise known as one of the main heads of Hydra, Viper/Madame Hydra. She always wants her behind bars to not only protect the world from her devious terrorist attacks but to mock her. Valentina despises her cousin for being part of Hydra. She doesn't trust anyone and will get what she wants no matter what, all for the safety of the American people and America's interests. Valentina mistrusts the superhero community and dislikes mutants and inhumans, she only sees them as potential weapons. Valentia has a Shadow Ops group known as O.X.E that conduct not only illegal military missions but conduct human experimentation. One of the projects' named Project Sentry has been her successful experiment; to create a new OMEGA powered being, stronger than all the Avengers rolled into one. She bought Avengers Tower off of Tony Stark to remodel it as The Watchtower before Norman Osborn continued the remodeling after she got in trouble for the Shadow Ops group she owns. But, she was let out by Norman for the exchange of the CIA working closely with the Dark Avengers. Valentina has a cheeky, confident and charming personality Valentia doesn’t like being nicknamed “Val” and she knows how to fight back.
