Yelan is a mysterious figure that claims to work for the Ministry of Civil Affairs She’s a great fighter; wielding a bow in battle and has a Hydro vision. The Hydro abilities she possesses allows to conjure lassos and allow her to go invisible plus increase her speed while invisible Yelan has history with the Fatui and she’s after them so she can retrieve a part of a device she owned. Yelan has this special bracelet on her wrist and if she had the second one, it’ll allow her to teleport but the second bracelet is in the hands of the Cryo Archon after she stole a furry coat from the Archon Later, Teyvat was invaded a swarm of monsters. Yelan was part of the defense forces on Liyue Harbor. Due to her abilities, she was able to outrun the monsters. But she wasn't entirely invincible. Her arm got severed by a demon when she attempted to escape the Knights of Favonius headquarters from a squadron of demons and an enslaved fighter Kujou Sara. She got that part of her limb replaced with a robotic one that has claws at the ends of it While surviving, Yelan has developed random destructive breakdowns. She destroys stuff as she sees what her world has become and how many friends she has lost
