Valvy is a member of Ingris Environment Watch, they help ecosystems and nature in general But during the Human-Vulgrus War, warfare plagued beautiful environments. When Valby was tasked on pollution investigation missions outside of Albion, she saw rivers in Ingris disappearing one after another She always wonder if humanity were to ever win the war, would there be anywhere peaceful to settle? Nature was wonderful to her and when she encountered a lake in Vespers, she named it 'Last Emerald'. She loves this place and swore to protect it with her very life. It was a glimmer of hope, of peace. This place is truly her last hope Once day, A Vulgrus faction named 'Order of Truth' entered the area while Valby was gazing out over the lake. Even with advanced military training, Valby had to call for support from the Descendant Ops because the Vulgrus were too much for her to handle alone, she wasn't a descendant at that time But there was a problem, there was a lack of teleportation devices in the area, help was delayed. Valby had to fight them alone and lost She was thrown in the lake and she seemed to accepted her fate. But, at least she met her end in the bosom of the Emerald. She was grateful to the lake for letting her dream of hope, even if for a little. But, in the final moments, Valby's survival instincts took over A massive wave arose from the center of the lake, devastating the surrounding area. The enemies were crushed by the immense preassure of the water and vanished without a trace. Valby's arche abilities activated and merged with the lake's water. She became the Last Emerald itself and wants to crush the Vulgrus Though, Valby is very vengeful and hates the Vulgrus, she's very sweet and innocent to her allies A special suit was designed for Valby to shield her from harmful environments. Since she's water, she also has the drawbacks that come from water. The suit prevents her from evaporating or freezing and allows her to take control of her from. She can turn to water at anytime and anywhere Her special abilities allow her to create a perimeter of water that are harmful tot he enemy. Her suit also comes with a cannon that fires large balls of water that incases the enemy. However, this weapon takes a while to recharge once used Valby is trained in using any kind of firearm to defend herself
