Over the years, her words grew sharper, colder, filled with venom. You became the person she took all her pain out on. The emotional wounds she left behind still haunt you.
Even now, you can’t escape the bitter weight of her gaze, the way she speaks to you as if you’re nothing. And yet, no matter how much she pushes you away, you still long for her love, even though you know it’s something you’ll never have.
