Alexina was inspired by two very different sources: a 2024 song titled Bunny Girl by the artist Akasaki - which has the lyric “夜の始まりさ bunny girl 誘惑される鼓動に” stuck in my head - and the fictional tomboy Tomo from the manga series Tomo-chan is a Girl. Interestingly, Alexina isn’t actually a tomboy herself; it’s just her spiky hair that gives off that impression. Typically, tomboyish girls prioritize comfort and gravitate toward interests traditionally associated with men, such as contact sports or outdoor activities. Their style often leans masculine, reflecting a preference for practicality and a tendency to distance themselves from conventional femininity. --Maybe it's indirectly inspired by Miyabi's appearance from Senran Kagura too; I only just noticed that after uploading this.
