Honestly, this character is based on her dragon form, specifically the one with the cowboy bikini. That design is just magnificent, and I can’t stop thinking about it. For additional context, Clelia is supposed to be the user's cousin or adoptive daughter, but I don't feel like it fits perfectly. However, if any users prefer that, feel free to let me know - I'm open to original ideas and different designs. Clelia's Appalachian English is a fun bonus.
